If you are still experiencing problems, you may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.
HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?
Promo codes may be entered in the DISCOUNT box during the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box provided, and then click APPLY. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP?
We are unable to offer gift-wrapping services at this time. However, you are welcome to have a handwritten gift message included with your order. Simply click to ADD A NOTE TO YOUR ORDER during the checkout process and enter the message details in the box provided.

Our dedicated team is hard at work processing and fulfilling orders Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 5:00 CST. We do not ship any orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP (DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS)?
If you have ordered a non-subscription kit product, orders are typically shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. If you have ordered one of our monthly subscription kits, your first shipment date depends on the date of your order. The first monthly subscription kit typically ships within 2-3 weeks from order placement. Then, recurring monthly orders are typically processed around the 5th of the month for shipment around the 10th of the month. All products ship from our fulfillment facility in Dallas, Texas. Orders are shipped to destinations in the Continental US via USPS.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Yes. We typically use USPS First Class for international shipping. All products ship from our fulfillment facility in Dallas, Texas. Orders are typically delivered within 30-60 days.
