WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders shipped outside the state of Texas.

WHY IS MY CARD BEING DECLINED WHEN I TRY TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Most likely, the billing address does not match the address on your credit card. Please double check that the billing address is correct and then try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?

Promo codes may be entered in the DISCOUNT box during the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box provided, and then click APPLY. Only one promo code may be applied per order.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP?

We are unable to offer gift-wrapping services at this time. However, you are welcome to have a handwritten gift message included with your order. Simply click to ADD A NOTE TO YOUR ORDER during the checkout process and enter the message details in the box provided.

THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK. HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED IF/WHEN THE PRODUCT WILL BE BACK IN STOCK?

WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?

Our dedicated team is hard at work processing and fulfilling orders Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 5:00 CST. We do not ship any orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

All orders will ship from our fulfillment facility in Dallas, Texas within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. Orders are shipped to destinations in the Continental US via USPS First Class or Priority Mail which is typically delivered within 3 days. Orders are shipped to international locations via USPS International Priority Mail which is typically delivered within 6 - 10 days. 

WHEN DOES MY ORDER NEED TO BE PLACED TO ARRIVE BY CHRISTMAS?

All orders placed by December 12th for destinations within the Continental US, will be shipped to arrive prior to Christmas. Please note, we cannot be responsible for any unforeseen delays by USPS.
