- Opening order minimum: $100 USD
- Re-order minimum: $50 USD
How to Place an Order
- Please place orders via our Pattern Happy order form, or your own Purchase Order. Submit via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- We accept all major credit cards, checks, and PayPal. Net terms are available upon second order, subject to approval of separate credit application.
Minimum Order Quantities
- Greeting Cards: Single Cards: 6 per SKU
- Greeting Cards: Boxed Sets: 4 per SKU (8 per box)
- Boxed sets cannot be broken apart and sold individually
- Gift Wrap: 12 sheets per SKU
- Gift Tags: 6 per SKU (10 per package)
- Notepads: 6 per SKU
- Recipe Cards: 6 per SKU (10 per box)
- Enamel Pins: 6 per SKU
- Orders are typically shipped within 1 week, unless otherwise noted or following a tradeshow.
- Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs are in addition to listed prices. All products are shipped from Dallas, Texas.
- If you would like for your order to be shipped using your shipper account, please provide your shipper account number with your order.
Refunds & Returns
- We take great care to pack and ship all of our products. In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong product or there is a damaged product, please contact us at email@example.com.
- We ask that you please notify us within 5 business days from order receipt.
- Do not ship the product in question back unless return instructions have been provided in advance. Thank you.
